October 1st - 5th 2018 sees this year's National Customer Service Week take place in the UK.
The aim: to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice and the growth of the UK economy.
Each year many proactive organisations mark the week with events and challenges designed to focus their own employees and the customers they support, in how far they have come on their customer journeys. The Institute of Customer Service in the UK, celebrate many of these events HERE.
