CSN are now the UK partner for the World's first Customer Experience Standard - ICXS

Whilst entering our 25th year of successfully supporting our customers across the UK and beyond, on their Journey to Customer Excellence, CSN are proud to be appointed the UK partner to the International Customer Experience Institute, in supporting organisations to achieve the prestigious and internationally-recognised International Customer Experience Standard - ICXS.

To date almost 200 organisations and over 15,000 CX individuals have achieved the ICXS, each laser-focussed on not just driving their Journey to Customer Service Excellence, but doing so, with the goal of achieving tangible, global-recognition in the consistent delivery of Customer Service Excellence, over and above that of the competition.
