A guide to how your scores compare. We have a massive archive of benchmarking data from across the UK on 20 key areas of service excellence. Enter your own scores via a short survey and we do the rest, providing you with benchmark comparisons against up-to-date numbers from inside and outside of your sector.  A 12-month licence is  available to use this service.

CSN Accreditation

Any organisation that enters our accreditation programme receives a report that compares their results against all other organisations that have made a submission.
